Town Lane, Kew

Sefton Council, in Partnership with David Wilson Homes North West are developing proposals to bring forward this site at Town Lane, Kew: a piece of land allocated in the Sefton Unitary Development Plan for new housing and community uses development and the extension of the adjacent Business Park.

David Wilson Homes North West have been selected by the Authority as partners in the delivery of this allocated site. The land at Town Lane, Kew is the largest development site in the north of Sefton and is seen as a unique opportunity to create a high quality environment in which to live and work.
