Project Support
May 3, 2011Kirkdale: we recently joined forces with Kirkdale Amateur Boxing Club (Kirkdale ABC), to help raise over £480 for local children with Cystic Fibroses and autism.
Kirkdale ABC raised the money during a fundraising dinner, of which David Wilson Homes North West were sponsors. Local residents were invited to come along to the event to enjoy sparring matches between members of the gym. There was even a chance for guests to test their own sparring skills!
Joe O’Toole comments: “We would like to thank David Wilson Homes North West for sponsoring the event and coming along to show their support. The event was a great success and we look forward to hosting another one soon.”
Graham Swann, managing director at David Wilson Homes North West, comments: “We are delighted to have been able to support the ABC and contribute to such a worthwhile cause.
“A great time was had by all, so what better way is there to help support our local communities whilst also having a bit of fun!”
