May 26, 2015 Local children launch new show homes in crewe

David Wilson Homes North West has unveiled three beautifully designed new show homes at its Meadow View development at Maw Green Road in Crewe, with the support of some little helpers.

Children from Monks Coppenhall Primary School were given a tour of the three show homes and helped to ensure the finishing touches were put in place before the doors were opened to the community.

Pamela Simpson, Headteacher at Monks Coppenhall Primary School, said: “An experience such as this away from the classroom really helps to reinforce the children’s learning and understanding of the real world and they were thrilled to help out for the day.”

Located on Maw Green Road, the first of 32 homes have been released for sale, each built to the highest specification of quality and design. Meadow View will form part of a larger development which will see 72 homes built in two phases.

Steve Jackson, sales director at David Wilson Homes North West, says: “It was a pleasure to have the local children visit the site and watch them tick off all the requirements as they learnt about the development before we opened.

“Meadow View will appeal to a range of home buyer as there is something for everyone on this site, with the first phase offering three and four bedroom family homes and one and two bedroom bungalows which will soon follow.”

The development includes nine beautiful house styles, each built with top-quality materials and finishes. The homes at Meadow View have been carefully designed to maximise space and natural light. Free-flowing living areas open into beautiful gardens, while the kitchens are the heart of the home.
